This is the message I’ve sent to their customer service after TWO MONTHS of them not sending me a replacement device after it being proven to not work.

Hey, I had emailed y’all exactly two months ago from today about my Focus V not working properly. I received a replacement atomizer but my device still didn’t work. I re-emailed the same support guy and he said for me to send the whole device back, so I did. It’s been now over a month if y’all holding the device. I asked mulitible times for a new device while I waited for y’all to “test” but apparently that wasn’t possible which is BS because at that point y’all had the device for a week and I’ve send multiple videos of it clearly not working. I paid $200 just to be put through hoops when my BRAND NEW product broke? That’s ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for two weeks for my OLD base to come back. I requested updates on the testing as well as on when the product will be returned but still, NOTHING. After weeks of not hearing anything here I am. Really mad and actually complaining now. I’m livid that I’ve had to go 2 months without my device. I have my medical marijuana card and at this point you have forced me to purchase another device just to use my medication in the TWO MONTH span w/o my device. So if y’all could just send me a new atomizer and a NEW base that works. I’d appreciate it. They never told me why my base didn’t work and now they’re just sending it back w a new atomizer which didn’t work the first time so I don’t understand how they think it’ll work this time. Anyways. I hope y’all have a great day, I’d appreciate a tracking number with my new device and atomizer ASAP. This is very frustrating have to go back and forth just to get the same broken stuff back w no explanation.

I sent this email in hopes of getting a new rep in customer service who would help. Well yo my surprise it was the same “Noah” and he says:

“ Tomorrow we will look to get your shipping label created and shipped to you as soon as possible; however, I want to reassure you that your order is queued. Thank you!

So I cannot provide a picture of anything because they are essentially holding my device until it goes out of warranty, also are refusing to send me a new one. They decided that it didn’t work so they just want to send the SAME BROKEN ONE BACK? Doesn’t make logical sense. Especially since I’ve paid $250 for the product!!

Any help would be appreciated.
