Focus Nutra advertised 30 days trial of the new Garcinia Pro product, stating that it was financed by the Sark Tank. They only required shipping fee, but after completing the address and bank details, the Terms and Conditions popped up where it stated that the trial is actually 14 days starting when the order is processed, and after the charge would be $89. I exited the website without any purchase, however 2 weeks after I received a bottle of their product. There was no email confirmation of any purchase, and there was no packaging slip included. The only information of the company was on the mailing slip, a PO Box and a Customer service number. After having a very unpleasant discussion with their representative I was told that I will be charged fully if I don't return the product in 14 days, that are already gone, and would be receiving auto shipments in future. Bottom line is that I did not purchase anything, and still my information was kept in their system and enrolled in their fraudulent business. The only thing I could do is cancel my account to avoid further theft and report them, not only that they stole my money, but also my personal information and are not willing to delete it.
