Engaged me from my LinkedIn account about a job as a personal assistant. Emailed me that upon confirmation he would send my first “assignment” which would include my first weeks' pay along with money to purchase pre-designed artwork for the gallery. Informed me that he would be returning soon, and we could conduct an in-person interview. Not knowing where I lived. Told me to confirm once I deposited the check and instructions to my first assignment would be given. Asked for copy of deposit receipt.

I was contacted through a job site [email protected] when I applied for an admin assistant position, which required me to obtain my credit score before an interview; I did not do that nor get an interview. A couple of days later I received an email from the same coompany from Michael Mint attached was a Google form he was looking for a personal assistant within the same company; I jut had to complete the Google form. I was suspicious, but the Google form only asked form my address and phone number all accessible from the web anyway. I completed the information and was contacted a few days later by text from Michael Mint about receiving my first assignment by UPS and to alway dress for the office nothing about money was discussed except for my 1-2 days of work a week would be paid $400 plus whatever expenses. He said when he returned from China I would have a proper interview; I inquired as to where his office was located. I have heard nothing since I asked. I did an internet search for the company and that is when I learned the company is located in Dubai, UAE. Obviously this has been a scam and there is no job locally as there is no listing for a job locally.
