I called what I thought was SW airlines to add my lap child (baby under 2 years old) and I was told that my lap child (who has always been free) would be an additional charge of $150. Thinking something was a little odd, I asked if I could just add at the airport, they said yes.

The guy who answered the phone was Luca (or Lucas).
