I saw an ad for this product on YouTube and decided to purchase it. I purchased the product from their website without incident. The money was taken out of my account immediately and per the receipt, the product would ship within 3-5 days. I still have not received the product 2 months later. I sent an email to both emails they have listed and never received a reply. I also direct messaged the company on Facebook and never received a reply.
