Searched google for fly traps seen on Facebook. Went to website and purchased traps. Was charged amount but never received any emails, confirmation or products.

I saw an add on social media for the products. So I made the purchase on their website. The amount of 29.80 came out of my account but I never received a confirmation email or any updates about my order. I have tried contacting the company 4 times now by all different means. Calling, emailing, messaging on their system and adding my contact info for a call back. Not once have I heard back from them.

They have an add on Instagram and Facebook for a a fly catching contraption. They also have a Instagram page with information about their product and a link to the website. They also give you the choice to use the Shop app to check out.
