I was on JFK 2 days ago for a flight back to Paris. My boyfriend and I went to the airport quite early in the morning to drop our 2 luggages at the luggage storage of the airport to enjoy a little bit more of NYC !
Once we arrived at luggage's storage they required our 2 boarding cards, we booked with Air France but the flight was operated by Virgin Atlantic but we could not register online. We went to dedicated station (you can normally print boarding passes there when you fly with Virgin Atlantic, Delta Airlines and others companies) at the airport with our reservation. The station printed to tickets saying that there was a problem and that printing tickets were not printable. We tried to call Air France but no one was answering, I googled Virgin Atlantic and the scammers told me that our seats were not booked and that we had to pay 1600$ by tickets ! Finally he said that he could make a commercial gesture and we had to pay 700$ for both. For information Virgin Atlantic was present at JFK from 4:15 to 7:15 a.m. and from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., we were there around 9 a.m. and our fly was at 7p.m.. We were totally panicked the scammers lied to us tolding us that there was no place left in Virgin Atlantic's until 19th september and we had to be at work on 11th. I checked and this was false ! The lady form Virgin Atlantic desk told us that was not normal but unfortunately it was too late ! I press charges and report him in France, this is just unacceptable to abuse people like that !

I googled Air Transat and I found their add to call. I was stuck in traffic and was not able to reach airport on time so I thought I should change today's flight. These guys told me to pay $250 each passenger to make changes. We agreed on $750 for 3 passengers. I am not sure if they could do it.. So I tried calling number on my ticket but it was giving me only IVR to talk and long wait to connect. I was really pissed on both phones.. One side these Fly Vault people and on other hand Air Transat official number which was on ticket email. Fly vault rep came back on call and told me that changes are complete and payment is collected. Still, if I check another phone.. it was still on wait. Air transat do not have good supoort at all. I cheer fly vault travels for delivering needful on time when its needed.

Total SCAM! Lost over $3,000 and my kids couldn't travel. They misrepresented themselves as an actual airline agent, misled and falsified information regarding unaccompanied minors. Unfortunately, they are smart enough to get around the consumer protections on credit cards. I hope they all rot in the deepest depth of hell.

Keep an eye on your credit card you used. They are a company from India pretending to be airlines. They go on line like anyone else can and book for you then take your info for other unrelated reservations

On March 19, 2023, I looked up the phone number for Hawaiian Airlines in the internet with the intent to call and find out whether there were any special Covid restrictions or concerns for our flight HA445 on March 22, 2023. I was greeted by Matthew Harvey, who identified himself as “Hawaiian (something)”. I assumed I reached Hawaiian Airlines. Mr. Harvey asked for my flight reservation number (above) and after a few moments mentioned that my flight was “pending” since the seat reservations were not complete. I asserted that there should be no issue since Booking.com received the full cost of the flight upon booking and I further paid for the extra comfort seats directly with Hawaiian Airlines a couple days later. I was shocked to hear that I would need to pay an extra $1,379.15 to ensure my ticket was OK to fly. As I was under pressure to make that flight (we needed to be in Auckland by March 25 to board a cruise), I reluctantly agreed to pay the amount.

We started to follow-up with Hawaiian Airlines upon our return, only for them to tell us that they had no transaction for $1,379.15 using my credit card ending in 7885 and that no Matthew Harvey worked for them.
I called my bank today (March 21, 2023) to claim this transaction suspicious and wanted more clarification. Although the bank statement labelled the transaction “Hawaiian #######” and the previous three charges for seats were also labelled “Hawaiian ########” and appeared to be the same company, it turns out that was not the case: The full name behind the seats transactions was “Hawaiian Air” whereas the fraudulent transaction was labelled “Hawaiian Travel Agency.” The bank gave me the phone number 1-844-914-3710 as the phone for this travel agency.

I called Hawaiian Travel Agency and was greeted with “FlyVault Deals.” A little surprised, I asked whether I could speak to Mathew Harvey. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. He told me they can’t refund the money because I signed a document agreeing to the expense. I can’t imagine how a signing a document under the duress of the situation created by lies could be legal. I was lied to stating that my flight was “pending” when it was not. According to Hawaiian Airlines and Booking.com, the flight was all valid as of the day we purchased it. They would not issue eTickets unless the payment was approved. Mr. Harvey mentioned that I had the option of getting a refund but that would ban me from flying on any Star Alliance flights in the future. If this company was above board, they would not threaten me so.

I asked to speak to a manager and was passed on to Max Stone. I had the same conversation, albeit more heated, with him. He refused to issue a refund and also threatened me with banning me from flights. I asked him for his address and he refused to give it to me until I asked two or three more times. He wanted to know why I needed it. The address is as follows:
Fly Vault Deals
10910 Shady Canyon
Houston Texas 77070
[email protected]
[email protected]

According to their website, the there is yet a different phone number than the one provided by the bank: 1-888-502-2596

It would be nice to deregister this business:
OpenGovUS.com records the following information:
FLY VAULT TRAVELS, LLC (Taxpayer #32071972585) is a business in Houston, Texas registered with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. The registered business location is at 10710 Shady Cyn, Houston, TX 77070, in the county of Harris. The permit start date is on September 18, 2019. The business is a franchise tax permit holder.

If this company does not want to be defamed on the internet, it should act honestly, admit errors and pay refunds. From the sounds of it, that will never happen. I wonder how they can sleep at night know the kinds of thieves they are.

It was a fake website to book a flight. Said we couldn't cancel our flight as we just had booked it the same day. Said seats weren't available and had to pay an extra $90 to move from economy to basic even though we didn't want to move.

Cancel flight due to Covid. Called United Airlines and connected some how to the Fly Vault Travels LLC . Rep. told it will be cancellation charge $550 per ticket, total $1100. Paid by credit card by my wife. I realized later it is too much. Call United Airlines and they said it will be cancellation fee $49.50 per ticket! Called back to the Fly Vault Travels LLC and they promised to refund money back after mentioned Arkansas Attorney General and police report. Three months and no refund! Definitely SCAM !

These people are [censored]ic scammers that deserve to rot, which they will and unfortunately so will their families. They stole money and lied to me. They made a fake email address to "forward" my flight credits to and then denied it afterwards. Silly me for falling for it! It is sad to be in a desperate situation and have some low-life make it worse! DO NOT TRUST. Feel free to spam call them back though :) can't wait to see their ALL-CAPS response to my review here XD LMFAO they called people illiterate in response to other reviews and yet they couldnt even spell my name right. They're just making people even more racist and that is unforgivable.
Scammers with no life

BEWARE! SMELLY INDIAN SCAM ARTISTS!

Peter Scott is the default name they provide to you over the phone. They pose as official airlines informing you that they can help change your flight details for a charge. These charges are not displayed anywhere on the official airline websites however they falsely promise you that these charges are real because they're making an exception - the only exception they're making is stealing your money. There is an insider working at a few airlines that forward you to these people to "help" you by also squeezing a few extra hundred dollars out of you. They take advantage of your need for assistance.

I was in the turkish airlines website and there was a banner to call the US 1-866-301-0936 When I called they asked for credit card, then my phone number connected to the credit card, then mailing address and then they wanted my driver's license picture!

They are indian SCAMMERS based out of India that say to be in Houston. They take your money and make fake airline reservations. Be careful, they are very dishonest, total thieves and should be put in jail.
PLEASE REPORT TO THE POLICE! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!

Dear Sara,

We take money as a travel agency, we do jot make fake bookings. We send a consent email before we do any business with any new customer. In consent email your flight, our company info, price for business, terms of use and refund policy is mentioned. If customer agrees to it than we start our proceedings. We take payments in credit card where customer can dispute a charge within period of 90 days. This is how a legal business operates in United States. We charge, what customer authorize with us and same info is always present on an email which we sent to customer.

Fly Vault Deals is supposedly a travel agency, they make a reservation are charge you an extra fee which they claim to be part of airline fair. The booking is cancelled by airline due to fraud and the fair they charge you is stolen. You never get your money back, they sell you fake reservations. All indian scammers! They have been reported to police

PLEASE DO NOT LIE! FLY VAULT DEALS WITH 500+ CUSTOMER IN A DAY, THEY ARE ASSOCIATED AS A TRAVEL AGENCY SINCE 2019 AND OPERATING SMOOTHLY. IF YOU HAVE ANY RELEVANT PROOF THAN KINDLY SHARE IT WITH US RATHER DEFAMING A COMPANY ON INTERNET. SHARING REVIEW ON INTERNET IS FREE BUT WITH RESPONSIBILITY. SHARE SOMETHING OR KINDLY GO QUITE.

I had the exact same experience as a complaint I saw on this site.

I googled JetBlue's customer service number, and clicked the click-to-call button in a Google search ad that described itself as JetBlue customer service, which immediately dialed. When a representative named Bob White picked up at the Fly Vault Deals number, misrepresenting himself as an authorized agent at JetBlue (at no point did he state that he works for an affiliate or a non-JetBlue reseller), took my information including credit card, address, email address, phone number, and flight reservation details. He even "waved a fee" for a flight change as if he were a JetBlue agent.

Upon allegedly "changing the reservation" he EMAILED me with the credit card authorization with phony boilerplate language, and asked me to write back to the email while talking to him on the phone, encouraging to "just write back 'I confirm'" and to ignore the fine print (which is that this company is in no way shape or form affiliated with JetBlue).

However, I finally smelled a rat and did not reply, looked up a complaint that was exactly like my situation from a few weeks ago, an Indian sounding guy calling himself "Bob White."

I HOPE YOU WIFE HAD A LONG CONVERSATION ON SAME OVER EMAIL, SHE SAID SORRY ON IT. IF YOU SEND US A CONSENT THAN WE CAN SHARE IT PUBLIC ON INTERNET ABOUT HOW HOW YOU GET PISSED OFF! AND WHY YOU DID THIS. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY LEGAL OBLIGATION TO TELL CUSTOMER IF WE ARE A TRAVEL AGENCY. (WE ALWAYS USE, THANK YOU FOR CALLING RESERVATION) WE SEND YOU A CONSENT EMAIL WHICH CONTAINS INFO OF COMPANY, PRICE, BUSINESS TO BE DEALT, TERMS OF USE AND REFUND POLICY. I BELIEVE ITS AN ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WHO WE ARE. OUR COMPANY DETAILS ARE MENTIONED IN BOLD, SO KINDLY GET SOMETHING WHICH IS TRUSTFUL. WE DO NOT CHARGE TILL CUSTOMER AGREES OR INCASE IF THEY ARE ILLITERATE.. THAN ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. IN SUCH CASE THEY NEED TO FOLLOW IT WITH A LITERATE PERSON TO GO THROUGH WITH BUSINESS WITH US.

My wife tried to change her flight with JetBlue on June 21, 2022. She googled JetBlue's customer service number, and admittedly at her own fault clicked the click-to-call button in a Google search ad that described itself as JetBlue customer service, which immediately dialed. When a representative named Bob White picked up at the Fly Vault Deals number, misrepresenting himself as an authorized agent at JetBlue (at no point did he state that he works for an affiliate or a non-JetBlue reseller), and continued to take my wife's information including credit card, address, email address, phone number, and flight reservation details. He even "waved a fee" for a flight change as if he were a JetBlue agent.

Upon allegedly "changing the reservation" he EMAILED my wife with the credit card authorization with phony boilerplate language, and had her write back to the email while talking to her on the phone, encouraging her to "just write back 'I confirm'" and to ignore the fine print (which is that this company is in no way shape or form affiliated with JetBlue). Again, there should have been alarm bells.

Upon hanging up she re-read the email, realized her mistake & attempted to call the number back, but she was hung up on. I called on my own phone to talk to Mr. "Bob White" and have words with him. At the same time I emailed back to the email chain between Bob and my wife and quickly responded. Bob White was rude, insulted my wife and was indignant. I hung up incredibly angry, but 5 minutes later an email came in to my wife's email saying that the change she had agreed to had been cancelled. My wife cancelled her credit card just to be safe. Ten minutes later the original flight was cancelled with an email confirmation from JetBlue, so now she's got no flight for a vacation, and 2 hours later still waiting to hear back from JetBlue.

Whether or not Fly Vault Deals is a legit business that sells flights, what a ridiculous and inappropriate business operation and practice. Frankly, can't you find an easier quick buck?
