I made an online purchase on 12/23/2020 for a number of items. The package was said to be shipped out on 12/24/2020. I received an email with tracking information but the tracking never moved. I called the company to check the status of my package the second week of January 2021, I was told to give it a little more due to Covid-19. A few more weeks went by and I reached out to the company on or around 1/20/2021. I was then told it was nothing they could do about it and I needed to reach out to the USPS. I was very frustrated at this point, as I explained to the individual on the phone that that was not my job and also that I purchased the merchandise from them not the postal services. I reached out to USPS package and it took another week or so before they return a call to tell me my package was indeed lost. The supervisor from USPS whom called me told me I could request a refund either through the company or through them. Well since I could no longer reach anyone from Fly supply Clothing, I made the decision to file a claim through USPS, which was a waste of time because they are only trying to refund me the amount Fly Supply Clothing added for insurance. The amount that Fly Supply clothing added to my package was not the amount I paid for the items. I sent USPS receipts and a copy of my bank statement showing I indeed paid $145.20 but they only want to refund me $108.18 because that is how much the insurance was on the package. I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from Fly Supply Clothing not to do it because you will most likely not get your merchandise or a refund. It's a good thing I used my PayPal account because I would not have had any chance of getting any off my money back. You cannot reach anyone on none of communications listed on their website. One of the numbers seems to be a cell phone. Please keep your money.
