This is a scam company offering aerial banners to fly advertising or personal messages. I got tricked by these guys twice. Last year they never showed and blamed inclement weather -- it was a bit cloudy, but perfectly safe to fly a small plane as there were tons of other planes in the sky that day. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Foolishly, I tried them again this weekend for my husband's birthday. Perfectly clear day --- and again, no show, no email, no call, no explanation. They are VERY quick to respond to initial request for a flight and take payment promptly. Then they don't show and you don't hear from them. They are operated out of CA and say they have connections with airports across America. The more I read their website (www.flysigns.com), the more obvious the scam seems.
