I purchased an air freshener from this company on July 9th, along with the item it came with a 2-3 day shipping. Once I ordered it, i received a confirmation email that said it would notify me when it would be shipped however it’s been almost a month and I’ve never received any notification of it being shipped, I emailed the company and even direct messaged them on Instagram asking about my order, but I never got any response. I checked their comments on Instagram and it appeared that multiple people have been getting the same issue as me.
