I purchased a pair of “Steve Madden” Cliff sneakers from their website on 4/15. I didn’t receive my item until a month later and it was NOT what was pictured on the site. I called the number listed and it is some random woman in Minnesota! I’ve emailed so many times with no response. $100 down the drain.
