On 1/9/2023 saw an advertisement on TikTok for a bean bag on sale for 12.00. I placed the order they send me an order number 3888 along with the message that the order was received and being prepared and have not received the merchandise. I have sent several emails and a response was given they were still working on the order or they were going to refund my money. As of today I still have not received the refund or product. Do not order from them if you see this advertisement on TIk Tok
