I believe this is a scammer pretending to sell puppies and ship them to directly to your house. Their pricing does not make sense ($700) delivered to Texas from Richmond VA. The method of shipment was $ 100 on a special deal the said they had with Delta airlines. From the Delta website - Delta Cargo will temporarily embargo all PET shipments effective April 1, 2020, until further notice due to Covid. There were also a few discrepancies in their website. This said the website was very convincing, the person I spoke with was very convincing with a good story (thick accent) and quickly answered questions. I regret they have my name, email address, and phone number.
