Company offers a mystery box of jewelery in differing monetary amounts. I ordered in August and it is now October and still no box. When I contacted the support email, someone using the name Shafi says it was delivered Sept 7 and to take it up with the post office. That is a complete lie. I live in a condo and it would have been brought inside my gate. Not to mention I was home and can see any delivery from any carrier as I have a big front window. When I asked 'Shafi' for either a refund or replacement of product I was told neither was going to happen and to take it up with my local mail carrier. He could not even tell me what shipping company they used!
