I purchased a bouquet of roses online from the website flowershopping.com for my wedding anniversary on 05/22/2023. They were scheduled to be delivered to my wife's place of employment no later than 12 noon the next day 05/23/2023. On Tuesday, 05/23/2023 I called my wife to check and see if she received the bouquet of flowers. She stated "Yes", with an unenthused response; I sensed from her response that something was wrong. She stated that the bouquet was not very appealing; I asked her what was wrong with it. She stated, "Everything is wrong with it, she then said that it didn't look right." I asked her to send me a picture; upon receiving the picture. I immediately became upset, disappointed, embarrassed, and felt taken advantage of because the bouquet she received did not look nothing at all like the picture advertised on the website of the florist. I immediately file a complaint with this merchant and requesting to retrieve this order and refund my payment for the poorly arranged flower bouquet. Please the photo's attached, again the arrangement looks nothing like the arrangement advertised on the website. The merchant returned my inquiry and stated, "After reviewing the picture and the recipe for the item, and speaking with the florist, this order is filled to the recipe for the selected arrangement." The merchant offered to return 10% of the price of the floral arrangement, which is unacceptable. The name of the bouquet I ordered is called "Love and Devotion", the price I was charged is $156.95. This company is in the wrong business. I paid for delivering the flowers. THEY DID NOT DELIVER and did not have the guts to contact me about it. I am extremely disappointed. No one called with apologies, and no one notified me about any problem. I had to figure out on my own that my friend did not get her birthday bouquet.

We ordered flowers online and they were never delivered. The 888 customer service number is not in service and no rep has offered assistance. Spent $65.71 for nothing. Looked on FaceBook https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=flowershopping.com to see that many others had been scammed the same way. Please stop this company from scamming others in the future! Thank you!

This is a review of flowershopping.com this company absolutely stinks their customer service is non-existent I tried for 3 Days to call them only to keep getting a recording that sisters and nobody here to take your call please call back during normal business hours ... I ordered I ordered flowers on February 7th for a February 21st delivery they emailed me back on the 21st of February at 3:30 p.m. that my order was canceled and they were refunding my price meanwhile my mother's birthday came and went with no flowers when I tried to complain about it they were rude and hung up on me on repeated occasions don't have anything to do with these people they are lousy they stink their customer service sucks you will regret it‼️

this company kept pretending they were going to send flowers and just took my money and never sent flowers and they kept lying to me about the delivery. They kept saying they didn’t have notes on why it wasn’t delivered and it was just a bunch of emails and excuses about why the flowers were not delivered . Flowers were never delivered and I have not received a refund. Do not order with this company I had a friend dying in the hospital who I wanted to send them flowers and this company is a scam . They sent an email saying the flowers were delivered and the patient my friend never received his flowers.

I was scammed by flowershopping.com. My Aunt Virginia died. I was in charge of the flowers. My kids and I did an online search. The website flowershopping.org said it was a local florist We ordered 4 arrangements and wrote beautiful, meaningful cards. I spent $837.00 on PayPal. I had to tell my 95 year old grandmother her baby sister had died. She burst into tears. She is in a wheelchair. We couldn't travel from CT to the funeral in the Panhandle of Florida. I told Grandma she had sent a blanket of roses to hug Aunt Gin's coffin, and that my kid and I had sent a garland of flowers to be buried with her. These arrangements helped to ease the pain of not being there ourselves, we would send flowers as our tribute. 15 minutes before the service, my cousin called me to tell me no flowers had arrived. I called the customer service line of flower shopping.org. I was on hold. A rep guaranteed me the flowers were on their way. They were not. Another half hour on hold, the next customer service representative told me they couldnt deliver the flowers because the location was too rural. The next day AFTER the funeral I received a message that the coffin rose blanket was delivered. Another half hour on hold and the rep, Anthony gave me all-new-stories. This website is a total scam and fraud and should be shut down. They took advantage of a heartbroken family, and added insult to injury. Please help shut these criminals down. Thank you

The company takes your flower order.

They call to say they can't complete the order until they confirm a 'mismatch'

The mismatch, is that my email address isn't my full legal name. They call and ask your email, and all it does is match the email to the phone number you gave. So tr heir logic is flawed and stupid.

My bank for the card I gave? Has that email.

These people fail as bankers AND florists. Their BBB rating is F. Their Google reviews are (no word of a lie) UNANIMOUSLY one star with the same story.

They'll charge your card, take your money, and won't deliver the flowers until you match your phone number to your email?

And if you take too long to do that? You pay anyhow if they sent the order to a florist shop.

Its a scam
