I ordered 3 headstone flower anchors on May 30th 2023 and have yet to receive. I sent an email after a couple weeks went by but received no response so I called the contact #. Someone did answer and said they were having supply chain issues and they were on back order. He then said he would get them shipped to me immediately which was a lie. Another 3 weeks have went by and I've sent at least 2 more emails and called several times and left messages but still no reply.

I placed an order on May 23, 2023 to purchase for cemetery head stone anchors. I immediately received a thank you email stating that they received the order. The email also had an order statement showing what I ordered, the breakdown of charges, and that the order was processing and would ship within 2 to 3 days. My account was immediately charged.

I have made multiple attempts to contact them via their email address as well as the phone number provided and have yet to have a response. I did a reverse phone look up and the number links back to an individual from that area with a different cell phone listed for them. So either they are a part of the deception or as much an innocent party as I am.

The strange thing is that I have placed two separate orders for anchors over the last three years and have received those orders. The website that I went to was identical to the one that I had gone to before, so I had no reason to question it. So I’m not sure what happened to the original company. I also placed a review on the website and it posted but then when you went back it had been eliminated. You’re best to get these off of Amazon. They’re a little bit more expensive but at least you know you’ll get the anchors and your money won’t be taken.

Ordered several months ago but never received. Didn't reapond to email or phone call about order. Phone number was for a individual person not a business.

Ordered a flower Anchor months ago but never received it even though they took money out out my account. They will not return phone calls or emails. I am seeing a lot more complaints doing an online search. Very sketchy.
