This is listed on YELP as a Flower Shop however the actual location is a tire shop that is still operating. they will not allow you to walk in and order or pick up however online they are appearing as if they are a legit Downey shop. They lie and told me that they were in fact a warehouse at this location with fresh flowers and designers however my colleague went to the address and they are not located anywhere in the area. when he called to ask them why they have lied they hung up on him. We have checked with the City Of Downey and they are not listed as a Downey business. this is not a shop and only a website with no intentions of delivering your order themselves. they will take your payment and if your lucky and they do not just keep your money, then they will send the order to another shop for a much lesser amount and they have a no money back policy. FRAUD online company that has just been created to take advantage of the Valentine rush.
