Email advertised a mechanics tool set (Pittsburgh Tool) if targeted individual would complete a survey and pay for shipping of the set. Used Credit card to pay for the small shipping fee but several days later noticed that credit card used had another unauthorized charge from the same place pending. Will contact card fraud department on 9/12/23 to shut down card and dispute charges. Never received any merchandise for the shipping charge paid.
