I received a letter stating that I hadn't done all that was required for my business. This is a carefully worded letter that could be mistaken for something that you'd receive from the State of Florida but it is NOT. It is from a company who is charging for a product that isn't needed and they do not give refunds per their website. DON'T fall for it.

It states I have successfully registered a new corporation in the state of Florida. But I have yet to file/apply for the company's certificate of status. They are requesting I send $85.00 for the certificate. I want to know if this legit or is it a scam.
