Open immediately certificate of status information enclosed: requires prompt response. there is a warning about $2000 fine for obstructing delivery of this letter (it is misspelled leitter) inside is telling me to make a check for $74.50 and mail it in attached envelope. There isn't any notation that is an advertisement. The piece doesn't have a phone number, email address or website.
