I ordered clothes for a formal event 3 weeks before my event. The clothes arrived after the event after I tried to cancel the order before it shipped (I had to order more clothes for the event due to the delay in shipping) they refused to cancel and when I received the items, I didn’t like the poor quality and both pairs of shoes were the wrong size.

Florence and Mae California presents itself as an online Boutique based in Los Angeles and is a very believable website. Items ordered and confirmation received and no items were shipped. When contacted, the phone number provided on the website was not functional and email contact for information inquiry was a legit address, and email was sent but no one ever replied. No shipment was ever made. This business claims to respond within 48 hours on inquiry. Please do not purchase from this website.

This "merchant" is presenting themselves as an American-based business. It's supposedly based in California, however the customer service number is Indiana based. The line is non-operational, and the items I purchased in May have not shipped, but the order "tracking" states it's in China.
