I purchased two low priced items from the website florencescoveljewelry.com. It has been 3 days and I have yet to receive any information that my items are being shipped. They sent me an email with a tracking number for my items, but the items have not actually been shipped. After doing some research, I found that this group is notorious for never shipping out items paid for and never returning funds. My account was charged for the amount of the two items and shipping costs. Nothing more. Yet, here it is, 3 days later, and still nothing has happened. I was told after purchase that my items would be arrive within 7 days and yet they haven't even been shipped yet. Is there anything I can do to get my money back and cancel this purchase? I have tried contacting them and have received no responses.
