I ordered two garments from www.Florcoo.com in the total amount of $87.68. The garments were delivered June 16, 2023 under Order FC48211. The vendor has a 30-day return policy as stated upon its website. On June 16, 2023 I advised the vendor by email ([email protected]) that I wished to return the garments, requesting a return address and further asking that my money be refunded. The vendor first responded with instructions on how to measure my body for fit, ignoring my request for a return address, but specifically stating “we do not have return label.” On June 17 I sent another email requesting vendor Florcoo to send a return label and return address and refund. There was no response to this email. On June 18 I sent another email again requesting a return address and advising that I’m displeased with the garments and do not wish to keep them. On June 19 vendor Florcoo sent an email requesting me to “send us pictures of the clothes you received…We need the picture to confirm the problem and check if the item was placed from our website or not.” On June 19, I responded to this email, attaching pictures of the garments ordered from the Florcoo website, stating “I do not like the items, the quality is poor and they simply do not fit me. I will be returning for a refund. What is the return address? Is it Shipping Center, 326 Smith St, Kearney NJ 08832?” (this is the return address on the delivery package). To this, on June 19 vendor Florcoo replied “Please do not return the package to the address on the package, it’s not our address, we will not receive the package and will not be able to issue you a refund…we have a solution for you…you can sell it to others, give your friend (sp) or donation”. To this, on June 19 I emailed reminding vendor of its written Refund policy (it has a separate Return policy on the website).

I’ve since been contacted by vendor Florcoo, providing me a return address in CHINA.

These people mean to take a customer’s money, with no intent to ever receive an unacceptable returned item or provide a refund, despite their written Refund and Return policies on the website. This company is a scam.

Product delivered was not the same color or fabric. Tried to return but was told I would have to send back to China. I was asked for a picture of what I received, I ordered a red cotton dress, and I received a blue shiny acetate dress. Florcoo stated I received the correct product. The only choice in color was red or cream.
