I just order yesterday at other page they also have named www.elsalane.com and the confirmation email arrived from [email protected] so i knew something weird was happened. I emailed them to ask when i will receive my product and havent been answered at all. Then i decided to search on internet if this two pages where fake and they are. I just lost 87 dollars.

I am another person that has been robbed out of my hard earn cash. I ordered 2 pairs of booths, to the sum of US$50.06 on April 9th and haven't received them to date and like everyone else, I am yet to be responded to after sending numerous emails. I do not reside in the US, so for me I had to cover the rate of exchange, which is more cost to me. So this is eating me like a disease. This is daylight robbery at it's best. Someone needs to be held accountable here. If you add us all the monies from these stories, can you see what a rich son of a gun, this individual is? Mercy.

On May 2, 2021 I purchased two pairs of cowgirl boots for $59.48 and have not received them. It wasn’t until after I ordered them that I saw so many negative comments about this company. Not sure if I can do anything else. Please advise as there is no phone number available. I have however sent an email with no response after they stated that I needed to pay a second time for one of the pairs of boots that I already paid for!

I've placed an order over 100 $ canadian money for boots on April 24 . And it is now May 19th. Defiantly a fraud. But why and how.insgagram and Facebook are allowing this even though they've been reported for scam and fraud by multiple people. And allowing it.. I hope who ever is scamming is going to get busted and get the karma they deserve

I’ve been online shopping for boots, because I haven’t had any luck in the stores, to wear in a wedding. Time was running out. Came upon florasoftlook.com and ordered 2 pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes. I paid extra for expedited shipping as well.

It’s been a week and I haven’t received any shopping info. The 2 email addresses on their site are invalid. No other way to contact them.

I ordered 1 pairs of boots.After they received my payment they didn't give me a confirmation number. I have been waiting 3 weeks now and my order still has not been shipped. I am unable to get an email through and there phone number is invalid. There is no way to get my money back. They also used my card number to purchase over $27.00 of purchased.I contacted my bank about the 27.00 unaware that it was florasoftlook making the purchases.
