Immaginavo per il tipo di calzatura ed il prezzo qualcosa non andava bene e mi son detto se va bene ho risparmiato 150 € se va male ne ho persi 40, è andata male dopo 30 giorni non è arrivato niente.

I bought 3 pairs of boots from this website. I have emailed several times never about to get anything back . the phone number is non working. Please dont waste your time or money buying through this company. I am just so sorry I didnt read the reviews first. OUCH> Alot of us were taken for our good hard earned money

I purchased some Women's cowboy boots 3rd December. Tried to email them - this is the message I got back
Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.
Its now February and no boots. Really gutted

Along with many others, I have tried to contact them for a status of my order. Get a failure to send message due to the fact their email is no good all of a sudden. Be very careful when ordering from a site on Facebook

On 2021-09-24 at 20:16:28 hours i order motocycle boots and the only thing i got back is excuses that its on the way and i'm still waiting. Sent an email recently and no answer.
No boots and no money, great site to buy stuff. Never again .

I placed an order back in May 2021. Several emails went back and forth about my order on back order. I told them I understood, they offered me a refund, but I just wanted my product. I have been since trying to contact them via email and now they won't return my emails, at all! Luckily I'm only out $20, but this is so crappy.

I have ordered on this website. They promised me to send the items on the 3rd week or 4th week of July but until this time no items had arrived. I paid thru my credit card. I hope I will be refunded. I hope this will stop, I didnt realized it was a scam because they had ads in facebook and website seems legit.
Last July I asked them to refund, and they will refund immediately but I kept waiting. Sad but it [censored]s happened sometimes. Lets all beware of ordering online.

Also ordered a dress in June, i had been hesitant then i got one of those '' ''youlef titems in your cart'' emails with a 20% discount code and got tempted! So now 35$ down and nothing delivered . Beware!

we place and paid for an order on may 18th,21 somehow another was place my daughter thinking something happened paid it as well come to find out they had 9 exact same orders waiting for payment till i found them they have given all kind of excuses says they will give refund but hasn't we have asked several times if you go on their media page several are waiting on their orders as well several say its a scam I have already contacted the attorney general's office, better business bureau, and the federal trade commission

I made two separate orders from a boot website that I thought was legit but to my surprise it wasn’t I placed two orders one for $86.78 and the other one was $ 98.98 I’ve tried to call send emails and as about my order and my emails r blocked and nobody will take my calls. Keep in mind I order on April 2nd,2021 and here it’s June 20 th and nothing I’m don’t know what to do at this point to get my money back from this company

I ordered 2 pairs of boots and a pair of sandals….I knew I got ripped off when I walked into a western store here where I live and saw the same boots, same brand and all…for $200. These boots were on that fake website for $25. I then emailed “customer service” and the response was very unprofessional and uneducated. Don’t ever buy from them! I’m so pisssed off!

I ordered 2pairs of shoes in April, the company sent me confirmation and I still have not received it. I also tried emails and they were bounced back. Not impressed!
