Scam and harassment

I got this product 2 yrs ago broke out , had to go to hospital for hives called company they sa8d i could return it and they cansel subscription no further charges since then I did mail it back this last year lost product in move then found it. They continue to harrase me for money and say I have to pay them to get subscription removed . I dont think I think i should have to pay to removed. PLEASE help me I tired of the phone calls. When I ask them to mail me a bill they say they can't so this is fishing enough for me I don't want the phone calls anymore.

I found Floriason on a TV commercial add, they charge you a shipping fee of 6.95 for the product. The product is used for Women’s facial spots and wrinkles. In their terms and conditions there is no information about how the product is sold and product. I called customer service to get more information and was told my order was already processed and I would be receiving soon. I tried to stop purchasing product once he said it was automatically shipped until called. I could not cancel because I had not received product yet. He said call back When I receive and call to cancel then. About a month later I received package of skin product I called back and spoke to someone and told no instructions how to user or any shipping information just a empty box.I asked him how do you use it and when mention price I said to cancel everything because they didn’t disclose pricing. he I would be charged 96.90 per

and other charges based on product line they shipped. First shipment consisted of 3 skin care products. I want canceled he he would transfer me to billing. I never was picked up by anyone. Left message

And I was called back in four days. Spoke to somebody from billing no name she was trying to charge my wife’s Citibank card for all charges and it was denied she real nasty and threatened to affect our credit report, I didn’t know what to do because we are getting to buy another house in Texas. So have her my Amex card info and she was happy. She tried to charge 96.90 and I think 94.57 I told cancel my membership and said we would after paying our bill off. That date was 6-8-

On 6-18-21 we received 2 more boxes with product 3 boxes total with face product. Please advise that are constantly calling from # 202-318-5200
