I purchased and paid for items via the website on 1/17/21 in the amount of $65.00 including $15.41 in shipping. I had not received my order by 1/23/21 and emailed the company and received a response via email on 1/25/21 that this was 'being looked into' and to be patient. On 1/29/21 I never received a follow up regarding my order and I emailed the company a second time and received the same email response regarding my order which to date I have not received as of 2/3/21 and the company has not refunded my money.
