The website said the product could be returned for a refund. But when you email and try to return it, they keep offering you a 20% refund, and you keep the product. I said no, I want to return it. Then he said it shipped from China. The product comes with no invoice or packing slip inside but did say it was shipped from Hicksville NY. Now the website is missing.
