went online and searched for plumbers, found flo rite plumbing, called them out for service, they first told me that they needed the first part of the check to get the supplies because it is a big job, wrote them a check and they told me that they cant accept a check with the business name on it because they have the "stamp" to endorse the check at the office, so wrote them a check with just my signature and the amount of the first installment on it, when they finished i wrote the check in the same form...when my bank sent the checks back to me via mail, i noticed that instead of flo rite plumbing stamped on the check, the name of the two men who came out to do the work, name was on the check(endorsed). was trying to figure out a way to file this on my taxes because they did charge me taxes....

** i asked her was the work complete and she was being very vague about it, did mention having to get someone out to do something, she never really answered if the work was satisfactory, not to mention all of the information she searched was fraudulent. however she is not complaining about the work, only about the tax situation. i don't know if this is fraud or not! she didn't call for fraudulent reasons! only to see how she could file this on her taxes.
