I Received an email saying my order was placed, money was taken out of my account. I tried to contact them to know what was going on i want my money back. They told me that they couldn't refund me if my order was shipped. But then i just received that email saying my order was place barely 2 minutes before. Anyway no one got back to me at all after that no matter how many time i email. And then today i got a confirmation my order is ship? Im not exactly sure what is ship and where ? Apparently its being shipped from a different website i never heard of

i live in Menifee ca. My tracking # ************* / I checked tracking on my order...went from China - Hong Kong to Airlines Kaiyun to NY to CT to Puerto Rico where it says it was delivered to mailbox in Puerto Rico. When i got in touch with them they blamed everything on local post office and its more or less my problem.

Placed order, they sent tracking number and I followed it and it was delivered to HAWAII. I emailed them with order number, they answered asking for order number, then never heard another word. Website offers 24 hrs chat, but no access. Conveniently no phone number.

My mom found this store on Facebook. She is elderly, and thought the items being sold were at a good deal, $29. She ordered a fireplace tv stand and a convertable couch/chair. They sent her a confirmation email for purchase and later a tracking email. She asked me to track her items. When I opened the tracking email, it looked legit, but I noticed both her items were "scanned" at the same exact time for each "stop". I waited a few days and checked again and the tracking site said the items had been delivered to the Virgin Islands. It didn't make sense since they have their warehouse listed as located in California, but the original "shipment" came from China. Then shipped to Shenzhen, New York, Carolina, PR, and finally in the Virgin Islands. There is no contact number, no way to get a hold of anyone and it is just so frustrating knowing that they are doing this. I also was not able to find them on Facebook, or through Google.
