This company has really made life hard for me and my wife. Not repairing and selling fault equipment is there scam.

They sold us a broken washer machine that stopped working after two uses. They advertise and say that they have a 30-day warranty but it has been over a month now trying to get them to come out and replace said washing machine. They won't answer phone calls, nobody is in the office most days. They will tell you that they are going to come by at a specific day and time and then nobody ever shows up multiple times. Not only did they not come and replace their broken washing machine that they sold they have wasted 6 plus different days of my time ( that I took off of work) by not showing up when they said that they would to replace the washer.
