We booked air tickets on Porter Airlines through this company, we had to rebook tickets and got an airline credit to re-book. When we re-booked they added surprise fees to the re-booking, but we still just went along. Then our return flight was cancelled (the airlines claimed due to weather) and we got re-booked 36hrs later, which we could not manage work wise, so we are driving back. Porter airlines was giving people money back on their credit cards for the cancelled flight if they choose not to accept the re-booking but told us because we booked through this agency, we had to request the refund through them. We have been trying all day to request the refund through them and they are only providing a travel credit. Furthermore, they have hung up on us multiple times and it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, which made me wonder if they were even a registered travel agency in the U.S. When I asked them for details on their company, they hung up again and now they are not picking up my calls. Essentially I think they are running a company in the U.S. without a license! Thank you.
