I purchased airline tickets online through Flightskart.com. I received a confirmation of payment and a reservation number for the tickets. When I went to the airport to get my tickets and leave, I was told by the airline that the reservation for the tickets had been cancelled! I was not able to get new tickets as they were too expensive by then. I tried calling the customer service number on the website, and it is not a good number! But they still charged my credit card. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charges.
