Jan 3 /21 I reached out to Philippine Airlines regarding our fare refund when Philippine Government cancelled all incoming flights due to Covid& their number showed up .When my husband called & verified if they handle refund for PAl ,the response was that they are officially designated to handle multiple airlines cancellations .(Airline Refund Cancellation Office).They made us aware that in order to process our request we have to shell out $500 .Our ticket cost $2721.We let them know that we had that ticket purchased via an agent in ASAP travel agency and we’re advised by them that no problem at all because when we’re ready to fly we’ll just contact them.Three days after we got an email from Flight Confirmation .com from a staff Edward Watson that mentioned airline won’t give cash refund but instead a credit voucher.They didn’t give us the credit voucher #but just to call them to rebook ,valid to travel till Dec. of 22 & even can be extended further.Two weeks ago I gave them a call & was given double the price of what the airline is giving me.I called multiple times and was being passed from one staff to another until I asked for a credit voucher #.Yes ,the unfriendly person did give it to me just to be told by PAL ticketing that it was Fraudulent number.I When I called to confront them I was told a supervisor will look into this and will follow up with me.All I heard is crickets.My hope is that this Flighconfirmation.com will be apprehended so others won’t fell into their fraudulent activities.Phone# is 1800 2690827,they might have hundreds of contact #

Travel refund ticket

I made a purchase of an airline ticket and I contact them to request a refund. Finally, they replied to me with an e-mail of a full refund on the credit card with a fee of 200$. I tried to contact them more than 10 times on the phones and the answer was always to be patient and to wait more time for the refund on my credit card. After more than 10 months they said to me that the refund was applied to my credit card and to check to my bank account. I asked them a proof of that, and they told me another lie, that the refund was denied from the airline company since the day of their e-mail, meaning since the last April 2021. I' am still waiting on the line for 90 minutes to speak with a supervisor while I am writing this report. It is simple a scam. any help if it worth to take a legal action against these impostors having their e-mail and my account statements?

I booked a flight for my wife and I to Iceland on May 21, 2021 and noticed I did not have our names the same as our passports. I somehow got routed to flightsconfirmation.com (Rebecca) and they assured me they would change our names for $450.00. Our names have never been changed with Iceland Air and they have never heard of this company. I contacted my credit card company (Bank of America) and they said it happened too long ago and said to contact the company. I did and they refuse to do anything.

I booked a ticket with Air Canada that I could not take due to Covid restriction. I called Air Canada and was routed to this company. They charged me $180 for a refund in 60-90 days. Since January, I never received the refund and they don't answer to call

I googled “Air Canada” in order to contact them about purchasing tickets and this number came up. I called and the phone was answered with a greeting indicating this was Air Canada, and throughout the phone call the representative mentioned being a part of Air Canada many times. I booked two plane tickets on the phone with a representative and received an email that did not have any Air Canada logos nor was it from Air Canada. When I looked up the tickets, they could not be found. The company’s website domain has not been purchased. I have called multiple times and was promised a refund via email, however the company is stating to my credit card company that they “do not give refunds.”

Called British Air for tickets and this company answered and stated they were the provider for tickets for BA. Found out they charged me a $998 service fee, plus $50 more than they should have. They stated the fee was for the tickets by BA...NOT a service fee. Our trip was cancelled due to Covid and now they will not give me the money back, take any calls, nor reply to emails. They even gave me several emails earlier that they would refund the full amount of $998 + 50 to my card. No money 4 months later. Finally filed complaints with FL Attny Generals Office and the Fl Dept of Ag and Conv. Services. They are invetstigating...DO NOT USE THEM!

This company charges refund fee when the airline does not charge for it. SCAM!
I am not sure how they do that, but you call an airline and they pick up the call.
They charged $125 for each ticket they refunded.
I have cancelled the credit card and managed to avoid the charges.

While trying to upgrade my airline seat for my united flight i dialed their support line and got lost in their options and got routed to an entity that helped move up my seat. They falsely claimed they are a united ‘Affiliate’ company. They took my credit information and reel some personal info. I realized this is a scam when they emailed me an airline itinerary but no change to my united eticket on the app. They charged me $640.99 for an ‘upgrade’ and i realized it was a scam when they tried to up negotiate. I have notified my credit card company and they are investigating the charge.
