Never use these guys, they extort you for more money. Once you “book” (I booked Sunday) they call you a few days later and say the price went up and they couldn’t get that price (they called me Wednesday). We’ll I agreed to the price on Sunday, now they wanted $80 (4 in my party) more per person and I haggled with them and said I needed to think about it, to which they dropped the price to $40 per person. I agreed and they sent a new price and I responded in writing that I accepted the new price. They verbally told me that price was booked and they had my tickets. I have an email saying it was confirmed and that the e-ticket was to follow shortly (still Wednesday). I got a call Saturday saying that the price went up and I needed to give them $180 more per person. Extortion I cried! Foul play! Even if I said yes to this, what confidence do I have that I’d get the tickets since I had this very same conversation Wednesday. They hung up on me. I called delta and tickets were never purchased in my name. I then later Saturday got a cancellation email because I was unwilling to pay the higher “extortion” prices. Everyone I spoke to was most likely from a call center in India so “Paul” and “Jonathan” are probably not their real names. I told Paul to look for another job that doesn’t require holding people’s

Vacations hostage. I hope he listens to my advice. My wife is crushed that she can’t see her newborn niece now.
