I ordered two hats on 10/20/2021. On 11/01, I contacted the company asking to cancel my order. I heard nothing back, so I launched a dispute with my credit card company. Then magically on 11/15, I magically receive a package with one hat (that wasn’t even what I ordered) and some pins. I emailed them back and hear nothing.

My credit card company sides with the vendor because they had proof they sent a package. I am re-opening the dispute because flight inspired told my bank that I never communicated with them, which is not true. This guy is a complete scammer.

I made a order with flight inspired last week todays date is Aug 21 2021. When I first ordered a hat for $45 he made the tracking lable right away and it sat there without any updates for 4 days. So I emailed them to send out my package didn't get a reply but a day later finally the post office received the package out of a suburb in Colorado. Thought I had no worries well about 4 days later I received the package I opened it up I did receive a hat some rocks and a really cool pin. I look at the hat more and he his name is Johnathan who runs the business gave me a $29 hat that's listed online in his website I paid $45 for a better quality one and he gave me the cheaper one. This was no accident! He blocked me on Facebook and from comments on his Facebook page all I asked for is for him to send me the right hat I ordered guess he thought I wouldn't notice it was the cheaper one. Anyway I'm just happy I got anything really but to do that to someone for $20 is pathetic! Watch out for flight inspired used to be a good business but he's on drugs now and he is acting shady please please don't order anything from this company I'm lucky I got anything at all most people didn't receive their items something needs to be done and his business needs to be shut down or he needs to start making it up to the people who paid for things and didn't receive them. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLIGHT INSPIRED!

Flight Inspired has been posting on their facebook page daily that they are going out of business due to COVID. I chose COVID-19 for the type of scam because they are using the pandemic to pull on peoples heart strings claiming that COVID destroyed their business, and they are shipping out the last of their inventory. On multiple days weeks apart, they have claimed that it is their last day in business. I purchased a hat from their website (flightinspired.com) the first time I saw one of the posts claiming it was their last day in business. I purchased a hat years ago and had no trouble, so I wasn't initially suspicious when I didn't receive a confirmation email. After a couple weeks, though, I began to get frustrated. I wasn't getting where with emails, so I sent a facebook message explaining that I had to file a dispute with my bank because I had been waiting for a hat for roughly a month, and had no confirmation email. They asked for my name and billing address, and then provided me with a tracking # that led to a fake looking USPS site. I attempted to send another message stating that there was nothing linking that tracking # to my purchase, and asked for a receipt in an email. That message was not able to go through because they blocked me. Friends of mine started commenting on their posts asking why they were doing this, and they immediately delete all comments.

This company is scamming people by taking their money and giving them poor quality products, or not even giving them their purchased products at all. This company also says they donate to charities but that is false. Flight Inspired will take your money and you will never get a refund and you might never receive any products. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Please. Whoever is behind Flight Inspired is a thief and a liar, please do not support this company on social media or by buying products from their website.

I made a purchase and everything was delivered. The issue arose when it was the wrong size and requested an exchange. They said that's fine so I sent it back and paid the shipping fees, only to become ignored and never to be helped or even talked to again. After multiple emails and attempts of communication, they refuse to reply and now I've come to the conclusion I have been robbed. Help other people and shut them down, and give me back my money
