I went to the United Airlines website to cancel travel reservations and I was directed to call 1-800-792-8131 due to high call volume. This connected me with what I believed was a legitimate service. I paid $175.10 for the transaction and as of now (2 weeks later) the services were not provided to me. I managed to cancel the flights by calling a UA representative directly. The charge is under dispute with my credit card company.
