Letter receieved in mail stating i had taken a loan out and wrote a nsf check to CHECK INTO CASH and canceled bank account

and committed fraud.

I received a letter from Fidelity Legal Group Official Business stating that it is a Civil Lawsuit Notification stating that I had severe delinquency of a previous payday loan (Loan by Phone) originating with CHECK INTO CASH while working at a company where I never worked. It directed me to their website to make a payment and provided a phone number to call with questions. When calling, the automated response directed me to a website that no longer exists www.fidelitylegalgroup.com. The letter they sent me had a different website on it.

A family member received a letter from this organization regarding a debit from a ‘Check Into Cash’ loan. This letter was stating that the Fidelity Legal Group was taking action to collect the debit and it listed two other family members as witnesses. My family member never took out a loan and verified this with Check Into Cash representatives. We also called Fidelity Legal Group and they couldn’t answer any information regarding collection. This seems like fraud.

I received a letter from Fidelity legal group, stating my current place of business and that supposedly I took out a payday loan at an unspecified time at an undisclosed business, and that they were going to take me to court for a civil judgment if I did not pay them. Additionally, they said that they would use both my mom and my dad as witnesses against me.
