I ordered a flex trainer 3 weeks ago and have not received any updates or shipping info on my order . The order number and item has not been delivered.

They are a scam

They took my money and never issued a product. They have not replied to any messages

FlexTrainer Facebook Scam

Saw the ad while scrolling through Facebook for a Flex Trainer X system. I Order on August1, 2022 The order went through fine and $73.90 was deducted from my credit card. Once I received the email confirmation I never heard from them again. I sent 3 follow-up emails and called the 877-371-0434 number listed and the phone doesn't even ring. Even the bogus shipping app tells you nothing. Dont waste you time or money. I've reached out to the company again numerous times [email protected] and using the contact me method on the flextrainerx.com website. Still nothing a complete ripp off!.

I noticed an addon Facebook for a Flex Trainer X system for $69.99, which claimed to be a 70% off discount. On June 16, 2022 I made a purchase on flextrainerx.com to purchase the Flex Trainer X. The order went through fine and the $69.99 was deducted from my credit card. However, after receiving the confirmation email, I have not received or heard from them again. The shipment was for 4-6 business days. I waited a few weeks before sending out my first email to follow-up. I then called the 1-877-371-0434 number listed and the phone doesn't even ring. It just hangs up. I also downloaded the shipping app Aftership and there is no tracking information for my package. I then reached out to the company again numerous times (replying to the email confirmation from [email protected] and using the contact me method on the flextrainerx.com website. Still no response at all.
