I have been trying for over a week to cancel this subscription to FlexPro Meals. It is a total scam. We tried the food, didn't like it, so went to cancel. Went to the website, it says to call or text or chat. You can not cancel directly on the website. Fine. Chatted..representative will contact you. Got nothing. Texted. Representative will be in contact with you. Nothing. Tried calling, got no answer, says to chat on website or text. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I have literally called, texted and chatted this company every day, multiple times a day and keep getting the same automated response. Worse on the website. The moment you mention "cancel" you stop getting responses. When I had a problem logging into my account, i had a call back within 20 minutes. This is a total scam. Do you get food? Yes. But they lock you in and do not return any of your attempts to contact them. I had to call my credit card company to block them from charging me. Worst company, do not order from them ever!!!

Also, check the Better Business Bureau!!! They have OVER 200 COMPLAINTS!!!!

Flexpro Meals targets potential customers on social media with offers of 40% first order on a subscription meals business. Once you submit for your first order the meals do come - however, when you attempt to cancel the subscription it is impossible to do so or contact the company. The scam is first that they do not advertise nor make an attempt to display that you cannot cancel the subscription until you have received 4 orders from them. The second part of the scam is that they will not speak to you or provide access to this "chatbot" they claim to have. Once you realize you have been scammed you then find out that so many others have also been scammed by doing basic research online. I cannot believe ScamPulse.com has a relationship and decent rating of this company.

I was forced by this website to enroll in a so called "Pro plan" in which I NEVER authorized to. I called their customer support, and an agent named Carlisha told me that in order to receive discount for my first order, I must enroll in the "Pro plan" which will continue to charge my card for 4 times. When I was ordering my first order, I never saw anything related to this "Pro plan" and after calling them, I checked their website again and saw this "Pro plan" button. I NEVER pressed that "Pro plan" button so I was being scammed. Beware of this company!
