I sent $485,for delivery of puppy and was told I would get a refund once I get the puppy. Was told I didn't have to send money to send money for insurance and vaccines. So I'm out $485 and no puppy

This company says they will ship pets for you. When you call, it’s one person. And they say after you send the money order that the director isn’t there to collect so you need to change the name on the money order.
