Facebook ad for Flexi-Mop. I ordered one Flexi-Mop and 5 extra mop heads on June 2, 2023. Total amount $36.99. Tracking shows no activity except “order ready” since June 2. Seller and customer service ignore my email inquiries. I am usually very vigilant about spotting a scam and here I obviously failed miserably. I only noticed today, June 19, that the website (at least by all I know about website names) is fraudulent. It is fleximop.co. Not .com. They use quite a lengthy video type ad to sell what looks to be a very versatile and convenient mop. Many, many positive reviews in the comment section. Of course now that I have lost my money to them I have not seen the ad again. However ads pop up for the same mop and mop heads under many different names. I suspect they just keep changing the name of the product to stay ahead with the scam.
