Medicare was billed approx 12000.00 for medical equipment never prescribed, never received from Flexcare Medical Solutions, Inc. Thru Aug 2025 - Dec 2025 Medicare was billed 2500.00 a month which approx 9000.00 was paid. This is pure theft.
