On 1/22/24 I purchased six thirty inch bundles of Filipino straight hair extensions. I ordered the hair extensions via their website flexafter9.net. After ordering I was instructed to send the payment via Apple Pay. I text the number and included my order number as suggested, they responded and the money was sent.
It was said that it would be up to 15 processing days, which is long already.
Then up to 5 days for shipping.
2/15/24 I texted to see when my package would be sent because I was traveling and may have needed to change the address. They replied and said that my package would sent the next week. They created the shipping label 2/24/24. On 3/19/24 I filed a missing package report.
I had been going back & forth with them via text and email as they instructed. I was constantly told whenever I reached out that there were delays and that my order would be shipped the following week. It has been over 60 days and I have not received anything. My bank will not refund me the money and I have lost all trust in the hair extension online business. All the while this was going on the company kept updating their social media showing themselves with the product, creating shipping labels and sending off multiple packages to the post office. I know the social media page didn’t have a lot of followers or content but I assumed they had just started out and were pretty exclusive for the grade of hair they were advertising. I did not see the BBB reviews because I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. I really wanted the hair extensions, they try to make you seem like your money doesn’t matter. When I addressed the company saying that I spent a thousand dollars and want my order, they replied you only spent $866 love don’t want you to get confused. Obviously I can round up if I want, clearly I had the money to purchase the hair. I’m not struggling by having to scam people, lying and stealing to get money. I don’t get how beauty with no brains still exists. Sad

Ordered hair for an event worth of $2000.00 over a year ago and never recieved my hair. She has/had a payment method of wiring money which she closes to reopen, I believe so she doesn’t get tracked. Sad. She’s back “selling hair” Please be aware and don't let her scam you. (Precious Coleman, flexafter9)

I should’ve done more research beforehand about her page but she really knew how to make it convincing.

I placed my order in the beginning of March. Payed through Zelle (big red flag) to Precious Coleman and used the flexafter9llc email. She said she received it and my tracking number came a week later. I saw her post that orders were going out yet nothing had changed on my order tracking. I emailed her asking why and she said that was an old batch that went out and mine would go out the following week. Still nothing changed after almost 25 days. I emailed her over and over, even trying to be respectful since she said she had delays but she was so defense in her replies. After that I did more research and a TikTok came up with thousands of views and replies saying the exact same thing was happening to them. More pages on twitter and IG are dedicated to showing that she’s a scam. I don’t know her page is still up. All her comments on her page are off and she doesn’t reply to me or any of my friends. So at this point she’s definitely faking.
When I checked back on my account, the email I used to Zelle her was flagged by Zelle for fraud She has scammed people out of thousands it’s insane. And she’s been doing this for years with her whole family.

It’s a shame after all that money and surgery she’s still a potatoe looking [censored] b[censored] with [censored]ed up teeth. Sad.

Ordered my Hair March 21st 2022 . She only responds once she get your payment . Anything after that she will ignore you if it’s about the tracking of you product. It’s a month later and I still don’t have a tracking. EVERYTHING THEY ARE SAYING ON HERE IS 100% FACTS! Processing 2 weeks she claims but you will not get no tracking I’m filing legal action . The whole payment method was weird it’s through Zelle . I should have known. People work hard for their money to scam . Im writing her and she just ignores and post ( I will be shipping more tomorrow ) and you will NEVER receive a tracking info. She just say that.

She’s definitely a scammer! My order 2715 was placed November 4th 2021 I Evan DM her and she confirmed she received my payment. I waited the 14 business days no tracking.I emailed Nov 30th stating my order hasn’t shipped she responded Dec 1st saying my order will be out that week. That week comes and goes. I sent TONS of emails finally got another response JANUARY 11th 2022 stating more tracking will be out that upcoming week. Of corse again I received nothing. It’s going on 6 MONTHS and nothing. I’ve sent so many emails and they all have gone unanswered since. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m reporting this scammer and her business right now to the Federal Trade Commission and I highly recommend you do the same so she and her business can be investigated and brought up on federal charges. Please don’t buy from her.

I purchased hair on march 8, 2022 . I sent $501 through Zelle. Basically my story is the same as the others. Tracking number with no shipping date. Email response saying it’s shipping. Minimum communication. Please get these scamming b[cesored] off of the internet. They make it hard for people to support black own. It’s sad. This was a birthday present from my daughter, who recommended flexafter9.com. Black people have to do better.

Did you ever get a resolution?

1. The fact that I see the owner “precious”replying back to comments on here before my emails is insulting I’ve gotten no updates with one reply saying “more products will be shipped soon” out of the 6 times I’ve reached out she replied once after my first email and then never again. This company gives black owned businesses a bad name I spent $615 on this wig and since she doesn’t do refunds I will be taking legal action. I bought the wig on 12/03/2021 it is 03/10/2022 way past anything that’s promised on the companies website wich is false advertising and fraud.

2. Why not communicate that there is a delay if there really is one. it’s not hard to to say hey there has been a delay. A lot of the reason people feel scammed is because the owner might never reply and that’s what scammers do.

3. No one likes giving their hard earned money for a product that never comes that is just unacceptable. I have not gotten an update at all with my order this is not ok.

I ordered a 28 inch lace front wig on 12/03/2021 Today is 03/10/2022 and I still haven’t received ANYTHING.The customer service is horrible the owner doesn’t even let you know if there has been a delay or anything She does not keep you updated at all im convinced she doesn’t know how to communicate at all. I Haven’t gotten any reply to my emails it’s just horrible. If you want to buy from this company buy a year in advance and then maybe just maybe you will get it in time. Just buy from a different hair company like Kendra’s boutique or something because it’s not worth it at all. Why in the world should I have to hawk a company down with constant emails to just get an update on something This company owes me.

I purchase hair last year in March. It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t received my hair. She does not answer DMs or emails like she post on Instagram. I paid $700 for 3 bundles. Everything is fake she only post false news. It’s sad cause she don’t stole from so many people. All of this will catch up to her soon.

As a young black girl all I wanted to do was support another black girls business, especially after seeing all he wonderful reviews in her highlights and customers tracking number it seemed legit. I ordered my hair 10/5/2021 and sent the money through Zelle and still have not received a tracking number, a shipping number, or had any communication with her. The first red flag I should've seen was the fact that her name is not attached to Zelle (this is what Wells Fargo told me). Instagram businesses do not have their customers Zelle money to them. It is very unprofessional. After sending her numerous emails, instagram DMs, and commenting under her recent posts asking about my order or even just asking her to look at my DMs, I still have not heard anything and I've been trying to contact her since I ordered my hair. Another red flag is that when I comment under her posts my comment is usually deleted within 2 minutes or less and I am not the only customer she has done this too. You can tell when someone deletes comments under their posts because it will say the actually number of comments, lets say "20" but when you click on the comments there are only 3, and of course those comments are usually just heart eyes or someone saying they are interested in purchasing some hair. I have gotten DMs from other girls who have purchased hair from her asking whether or not I have received a tracking number or heard from her at all. Once I started getting DMs from other girls who got scammed I went to further investigate her page. I looked at her customer reviews and searched up the usernames of the customers leaving her amazing reviews and came to find out that majority of these pages are fake. I am so frustrated because I saved up my money that I worked hard for to buy some hair from her and ended up getting my money taken. This girl is pure evil. She needs to be behind bars. She has scammed a countless number of girls and will continue until she is stopped. I know she will probably respond to this report claiming that she isn't a scammer, but why are you on this page in the first place if you claim your not? Another red flag is that she will post on her story saying that she is responding to all emails by a certain time, but I have yet to get a response to any of the emails I have sent in these past 2 months. She will post pictures of her at the post office or tracking numbers saying that more packages are being sent out but it is all a facade. Everything on her page is fake just like her body. Flexafter9 is the biggest scam.

I placed a order August 23 2021 and still have not received my items she gave me a tracking number on September 25 2021 and my shipment have not even arrived at the post office yet It is Now November 7 2021 and I still have not received anything she emails you back saying shipment will be going out this week or next week its just always a run around She is a Scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HER I spent 875.00 dollars

I ordered this hair some time early this year around February. The hair took nearly two months to come. I get that there are delays so why not update that in your bio or before customers are checking out that way everyone is on the same page. Had I had know it would Have taken so long I would have never ordered in the first place. and when I tried to email her about updates I never got a response. When it finally did arrive I noticed it was not even close to what she advertises on Instagram. The ends were dry and brittle and one of my bundles was 4 inches shorter than what I had ordered. She does send a card on tips for co washing the bundles before you install so I thought maybe I just need to do that and they will look better. Bought the exact conditioner and followed the steps to a T. None of that worked the hair was just trash. I ended up using the hair just for a quick little ponytail cause it was so weak and come to find out my stylist has a lot of clients who order hair from her and they all get the same low quality bundles. I really wish I would have done my research before I ordered.

India who can also be known as Precious or commonly known as "Flexafter9" on instagram, has been scamming for about 5 years now. She supposedly sales human raw hair. I never personally had an interaction with the hair business until May 17, 2021. May 17, 2021 marks the day that I ordered my hair from her. In her instagram bio, it says "Ship Worldwide 13-14 Business Day's". The way her website works, customers are supposed to order their preferred hair type and length and then cash app her separately the amount owed (her cash app is $Flexafter9x). My specific order came up to $610. After the "13-14 business days" I begin to get worried. I gave her ample enough time to send my product that still haven't came. I reached out to India AKA Precious on Wednesday June 9th 2021 at 6:43 pm PST quoting " Hi ! I ordered from you about 2-3 weeks ago and I never received any tracking number and my hair still haven’t came. I’m concerned because I graduate on Friday and that is the hair I’m going to use. I’ve dm’d you multiple times and I never got a response. Please let me know something . Thank you so much." She responded Tuesday June 15, 2021 at 1:31 am PST quoting "Hello love goodafternoon tracking information will be out today before 11pm we do apologize about the big delay with tracking love you will be receiving one threw via email or phone number whichever one you checked out with at checkout love we do apologize for the delay in messaging love thankyou so much for being patient you will be receiving your order shortly ." I responded 2 days later Thursday June 17 2021 at 8:15 pm PST quoting " Hi I never received my tracking information on June 15th when you said it would be sent out. Today marks a month from when I ordered my hair from you. Your bio says "10-12 business days" and its been well over 10-12 business days. I would like a refund of the amount I paid ($610) because I ordered the hair for graduation and it didn't come in time and I still waited to see if I would even get a tracking number and that still never came. It'll be great if you could just refund me due to a delay on your end." This is the point where I knew something wrong was going on because right when I sent her this email, she changed the shipping days in her instagram bio from "10-12 business days" to "13-14 business days". I then got my family involved. We started reaching out to her both via instagram and via email and she never responded. I constantly watched her instagram posts and stories (so I knew she was active on instagram and that she saw my messages) but she never responded. I then started video calling her via instagram and NO RESPONSE. Then she finally responded to my email about a month later on July 2, 2021 at 4:33 pm stating " Hello love a lot of orders where updated this week into usps system I keep updates on my story about that if you’re Order have not updated we do want to apologize about that about the big delay that has occurred more orders will be updated this upcoming week please keep tracking your package love and it will be updated soon our orders updates in bulks so yours should be updated in the next shipment love this upcoming week . We do not give refunds love that’s our policy so we do apologize" This was the final straw for my family and I. I then forwarded that exact email she sent me to my auntie who responded for me. With a subject line that reads " !!!Very Unsatisfied Customer!!!", My aunt typed " Hello Love,

I am very disappointed in you and your business ethics. My niece doesn't deserve the treatment she has received from your business. She has been contacting you for over a month now about her order and still to this day has not received a tracking number. All you have given her was broken promises. She trusted you as a vendor and spent $600 on hair to wear for her 12th grade graduation. She ordered the hair in May and here we are now in July still in the same situation no hair and no tracking #. What is the real issue and how can we get this resolved? She is getting ready to move to Atlanta off to College next month and if your not giving a refund we need you to expedite the process and overnight her hair or something. I am going to need the name of your business so I can report you to the better business bureau. You said it was a 13 -14 business day turnaround and that was a lie. I need you to get it together. I would like a phone call instead of a email." She has yet to respond to that email. I then took it upon myself to post about my experience with the Flexafter9 hair business to alert people that this is not a legit business and to learn from my experience and not to do business with the young lady. Once I posted it, it was mind boggling how many responses and screenshots I received from other young women who said this also happened to them. I received screenshots and evidence from about 20 girls in less than 5 hours all saying the EXACT same thing has happened to them by Flexafter9 aka India aka Precious. I received a specific screen recorded video of the Flexafter9 owner admitting that her and her 2 sisters are scammers and how if another person says it, they're going to end up dead. That's when I knew I had to take it a step further to aware others about what these 3 scamming sisters are doing. All 3 of the scamming sisters social handles are @flexafter9 @madebytreasurescosmetics @miaasminkcollection All 3 of these sisters are making 20,000- 30,000 A DAY by scamming people and they are NOT ashamed about it. This situations has gotten totally out of hand and these 3 sisters need to be caught and be sent to jail for scamming, embezzlement, money laundering. They all are making a living off of other people's money. They are taking international vacations, all 3 of them have exotic cars (up to date Mercedes Benz), 2 of them have gotten plastic surgery done getting their bodies done, 1 sister stays in a nice place in Calabasas California, 1 sister stays in a NICE apartment Downtown Los Angeles, they have LOTS of jewelry they like to flex and so much more. They are living a lavish lifestyle while scamming thousands of people for thousands of dollars. THIS HAS TO STOP!

Flexafter9 is false advertisement... some of the bundles where tangling straight out the pack... when installed it tangles and sheds a lot... I paid $815.
In her bio it says “ Shipping Worldwide 4-8 Business Days “ which is a lie my hair came in a month. Once she gets her money she stops responding to you. And you can’t get your money back because the purchase is through Zelle, which is a red flag right there. Don’t purchase from her !

I’ve ordered from her MONTHS AGO and still have not received NOTHING I seen she has had other complaints as well spending over 500$ and not getting what you paid for people have kids and some more and it’s just sickening how people can just do stuff like this and they’re suppose to be a quote on quote business everybody else gets satisfied but not everybody is satisfied so something needs to be done she has made threats to my family for them asking about their order!
