I was using my home computer, and mistakenly visited an unknown web page and then noticed that I was having problems with windows, and could not move within windows. Then a message appeared to call Microsoft support. I called "microsoft support" and they told me I had malware, adware, and spyware, and they recommended me to call flex pc tech support. I called flex pc support and they charged me $200.00 to get rid of all the malware, adware, and spyware. Everything seemed legit to me. Today, I tried to call their 24/7 phone number 866-520-9436, and no one answers the phone. The website does not include a business location.

This scammer wanted to connect to my PC and offer "technical support" he lied about his location and that he was affiliated with microsoft. DO NOT CALL this number if you get a pop up asking you to. They will steal your bank account information and such that is stored on your computer when they establish a remote connection.
