I had a pop up on my cell phone. I was watching a movie on my my phone. I skipped an advertisement and got a pop up. It is called Flex Card For Seniors. Give money to help seniors with groceries and medicine. Things like that. Receive a check every month. I called the phone number 877-588-0332. A man answered Flex Card. I asked how do I apply. He said I have to be on Medicare or Medicaid to apply. I told him I was not on either. He did not seem to want to me information. I questioned him further. He hung up. I called back. Another man aswered and asked me if I was on Medicaid. I said I feel this is a scam and hung up. I wanted to report the phone number I also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission.
