I ordered fabric by the yard online on the web site flaxlinen.com on January 15, 2021 - The amount of $181 was debited from my account immediately- However, I never received written confirmation of the order, nor an order number. I have left numerous voicemails (there is no option to speak to a live person) and sent several emails asking for confirmation of the order and status. I have received no response to this date (January 29). The bank charge mentions FlaxLinen Edmonton, and the web site mentions a warehouse in Denver Colorado, so I am filing this scam report for both Canada and the US.
