Hemp gummies scam - buy 3 get charged for 6

They offer a deal, then charge full price, no invoice, the credit card company cannot reverse it as the company claims the product shipped.

I did get the product, no invoice slip, also have no email for them.

Assume the product is junk. I have a life lesson I do not want.

In a weak moment, they got me too!!

I'm normally a lot more wary about Facebook ads but I've been having problems with my weight for the first time in my life and in a weak impulsive moment I clicked. Next thing I know I'm purchasing what I thought was just one bottle of these gummies and these other two products that I could not opt out of. I should have known better but I kept going. Then I see my credit card statement and it's $389.63 ! It's not just one bottle it's 6.. apparently their scam is One bottle is 39.99 buy 3 get 3.. bs and then you don't have to option to not get the next two products for free just pay shipping. Then what you don't realize, in the disclaimer, after you have purchased, after the 14 day trial period you are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. OMG.. Stay away

They got me

Add me to the list. Not only did they charge me double the price, $364, they added some monthly subscription crap at $144 a month without me approving or knowing anything about it. In 6 weeks they charged over $700 to my credit card. I had not opened any bottles yet, but they refused to take a return or refund. They said the bottles were not $39.97, buy 3 get 3 free, but $79.95 EACH, buy 3 get 3. PLUS in the terms and conditions, when I bought the ACV gummies I signed up for a monthly subscription for a cleanse and garcinia at $144 a month. (I'Ve been charged for 3 months but have yet to receive anything) I received an invouce for $144 four times, and each time emailed back to say 'I didnt buy this, stop charging me. This will be disputed" finally after 4 invoices and 4 emails they stopped. I was told they dont accept emails, only phone calls.
They would not refund any money on the acv gummies, and on the $400 subscription fees, they were going to give me a $50 refund. NOPE.
I called me credit card company. Apparently these guys are well known and work under a few names. The credit card company was great. I was on the phone 1 hour, but got all the charges disputed, including a $24 charge for shipping which was already included in the $364 bill! Six disputes in all and the wonderful young lady said all the previous people had no problem, so I am hoping I can get most, if not all of it back.

product not the correct price

Ordered 3 for $140 USD. To have 3 free in order. Garcinia and Cleanse Free just pay shipping. Another $20USD.
Charged 239.82 . 15.90 shipping 4.99 Insurance total of 294.65
Charged for 6 bottles
CAtch here the Garcinia and Cleanse are a subscription so if not cancelled shipped every month.
With help of Bank got subscriptions cancelled. Alsmost $120 USD back but customer service representative hung up on me.

J'ai acheté pour 3 bouteilles + 3 autres bouteilles gratuites au prix de 39.97$, Quel ne fut pas ma surprise le lendemain sur ma carte de crédit il m'avait facturer à deux reprises soit 1 montant de 25.36$ et un autre de 390.26$ j'ai envoyé tout de suite un courriel pour annuler ma commande puisqu'elle n'était pas prête et je n'ai eu aucun retour de courriel depuis plus d'une semaine.

Charged way too much

I was going for tge buy 3 bottles $39.97 each get 3 free, got charged $286.41usd tried to cancel right away because it was way more no answer to ant of the numbers I called also emailed back to cancel. I also called bmo Mastercard but they say they can't do anything then I also have another charge of $17.81usd on my card which I didn't authorize. This is causing me so much stress I can't afford this amount. All funds were charged in Canadian because I live in Canada so I paid $366 and $25 not happy at all.

Flawless SCAM

I ordered on March 13 2023, when I saw the cost I tried to cancel, within 15 mins of ordering. I was told it had shipped. They could only refund $80.00. So fine. ( I’m stuck paying)
I checked my credit card statement, they billed me 5 times! I canceled through my credit card.
Never order from them!

Put on subscription, even though I opted out

Placed an order in December. Today, in checking my credit card statements, I saw some charges from company names that I did not recognize, Planetaplentifulfit and Pearlacyperfection. I called one of the numbers on my statement and was told that I had subscribed to an automatic shipment process (I opted out when placing the order). I told the rep that I had not subscribed to anything and would be instructing my credit card company to dispute the charges - he was quite rude, speaking over me and telling me that I would pay. Based on my experience, this is a scam.

They got me too. Jan 3 I ordered three bottles for 39.95 and you get 3 bottles free. I saw it on shark tank waited years to try it. As I went to order it to my girlfriends house because packages get stolen from my building they wouldn't let me use her address had to be billing address so I tried to get out of it and not put the order through there was no way to do it. I changed the address and to my surprise I didn't get to see invoice before payment went through. I looked online they charged me three times each time I changed the address was a charge. Other products came up I didn't want and I guess I was suppose to click off the x for each one or they get ordered too automatically. no idea what the exchange would be or how much I was paying. over 1200 was on my card an error ordering three times. not 130 us but 370 times three times. I tried the email. I tried the numbers. I sent a letter to hem via mail with a tracker. I found other email not flawless didn't go through but nutra chioce did. no answer. I tried both numbers no answer. i found flawless address but when I went to send the mail i couldnt find it and sent it to the nutri address. I told them I don't trust their company do not send me packages Ive cancelled my credit card and reversed the charges and told my bank it was fraud. I went on returns as of course one package showed up today with six bottles and a cleanse I didn't want or order. now im worried two more full packages are going to come. They are not paid yet still sending. They have all this legal jargon I'm scared they are going to ruin my credit now? I do not want more to come here or a subscription or the other items what do I do to stop this . my bottles are NOT OPENED I saw its a scam now and it showed there pills are not the same as shark tank im not even going to try them. They say you only have 30 days and my 30 days almost up. and one year to dispute
what do i do who do i can do I just send them back with a tracker? help

Rip off SCAMMERS

I to fell victim to these scammers. Was overcharged and another small amount charged then an email saying I ordered some more which I did not. Tried to contact by email no response, tried calling number will not work. Cancelling my card before any more charges go through. In all honesty these are probably sugar candy if they have no problem scamming you for money just think how much they probably false advertising as well. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and has done [censored] for me.

Fist they did the same to me I ordered 4 bottles and got charged almost 400 dollars on my credit card, then today checking my email it said I purchased something for 110 USD and I did not, I tried to call the number and got there is something wrong with this number is does not except incoming calls, I contacted my credit card company and because it’s still pending they can’t do anything till it’s posted, so I’ll be calling back as soon as that happens, I also sent them an email that I’m not expecting a response to. I guess I have learned a valuable lesson.

This is a diet product that came into my email as part of my "Mr. Food eNewsletter." I clicked on the ad that read"1 Gummy At Bedtime Burns Belly, Back Arm Fat Safely." When you get to the site they have you spin a wheel on how much of discount you get. (each time I spun the same 45% discount came up. So I went to fill in the info they requested, including my Visa # and 3 digit code. On sending to process, it came back invalid. I thought I made a mistake with one of my numbers so I tried filling in the credit card number again with the same response. About an hour later I received a call from Fraud Security from my Bank. They informed me that approx. $330 was posted as a charge from this company. They told me to get a new card and that this is not the first time they have had a complaint from this company. I cancelled my Visa card. I looking on-line for reviews, indicated the product doesn't work. Scam! Luckily my bank called. Also, this $300+ price tag was grossly inflated on top of everything else, based on what the offer by the advertised from this company.

Placed an order. Verified the order but was completely wrong. Replyed to them with no response. They shipped order after numerous emails asking them to cancel. Phone number is wrong. Unable to contact anyone. Tried to send another order that I did nor place. Called Visa and had them cancel my credit card. They are investigating to get my money back.

Same thing happen to me. after a couple call they offer me the right price for the product. they were saying that after within 10 min of my online order that the product was already shipped. But my surprise was today... 1 month after i got a charge of 2 times 150$ cdn. this number 1-844-649-1136 seems to be the right one to get them back. I will see if i can reverb the charges back...
