A TOTAL SCAM! Ordered over $50 of spices. After 5 weeks and no product, I tried email and phone calls out a response. Order finally arrived 8 weeks later, the spices are HORRIBLE! I wanted to return and they were not interested. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! A tip off and SCAM!

On may 6th I purchased 63.00 worth of spices from flavor god. After a month of waiting I contacted them for a refund. 6 weeks ago via Facebook I was told I would get a refund and then was blocked

From Facebook, never received a refund. I reached out to them on Facebook two weeks ago. Again was told I would get a refund and still haven’t received a dime back.

After purchase, you will recieve multiple emails claiming that your payment did not go through. You will even recieve discount codes to go in and complete your payment. This is a scam. Your payment went through the first time and they are tricking you to repurchase. Once tricked,they will refuse to answer you and block you on any social media for questioning this. This is also followed by an email stating you will not recieve your products for some weeks regardless of shipping method. Overall a Scam to trick individuals into double purchasing.

In January, I ordered $50.03 of spices that *** advertises on their social media account. I was told I would receive my order in 7 business days. They took my payment, but it's been a month & I have yet to receive my order. They don't have a contact number nor do they answer emails or my questions when I dm them. They delete my questions when I put them in their comments on their social media posts, but keep the positive comments & continuously advertise their products. After countless emails not being replied to, I requested in an email to *** that they cancel my order & refund my $50.03. I also disputed the charge on my card. A few hours after I filed my dispute, I finally received an automated email from *** with a USPS tracking #4203495792055902638200763656. When I try to track it, it says STATUS NOT AVAILABLE. Sounds like mail fraud, too. I've since read reviews online from many other customers that have experienced the same thing.

I plan to also file a complaint with Trading Standards.

This website scams it's customers when deals become available. They promise that you get what you pay for (bulk spices) and then delay shipping tremendously until you're forced to ask for a refund in which they do not give to their customers. The common replies on BBB say that they are addressed, but funds are never return to the accounts of customers'. Email responses seem automatically generated and no action is done to address it.
