I noticed a charge on my debit card on 11/16/2020. I called the number and it rang once then got a voicemail. Not a professional answering service and no business identifiers. I spent all morning canceling my bank card and filing a dispute. The charge allegedly occurred on 11/13/20. I have never heard of this business nor would I have ordered anything from them.

Noticed a charge on my debit card late Friday afternoon, 11/13/2020. Contacted my credit union after realizing this was a charge that I didn't authorize. They instructed me to call the phone number: 877-583-3813, which shows up on the transaction, but I was at work and so I called on Saturday morning (11/14). The phone rang once, then a non-business-like answering machine picked up and said, "No one is here to answer your call. Please leave a message." This totally sounded like a home answering machine, and not a business voicemail system. That threw up a red flag right off the bat. I left a very detailed message, then hung up. My debit card had to be cancelled immediately and the charge they put on my card is currently in dispute. I never heard of this company before this happened. I certainly have no reason to order a flask, as I don't use them. Although it is only Monday morning around 10am, I've still not received a return phone call from them, and I honestly don't expect one back. All I know is that they stole money from my bank account by using my debit card without my authorization, and they are probably doing this to numerous other people as well.

Fraudulent charges on my debit card. I have never heard of this company nor ordered anything from them.

Twice this month this company has made fraudulent charges on two different credit cards. I have never heard of this company nor ordered anything from them.
